We know the injury rates, so what is being done to prevent medical errors in hospitals?
A recent study published in the New England Journal of medicine has worried many people feeling a little about check-in to the hospital. The study included six years and included 2,341 patients. Researchers discovered that at least a safety-related incident suffered 18 per cent of patients. Fourteen deaths were among these incidents.
