NJ Woman Injures 2 in DWI Crash in Washington Township

Angela Spirou of Washington Township, NJ crashed into another vehicle with her 2004 Audi in a head-on collision at 4:10 am on Sunday. The car accident occurred on Route 59 in New York, where 22-year-old Spirou’s car hit the curb after attempting to pass another vehicle on the right side. Spirou’s vehicle then veered into opposing traffic and collided with a 2007 Honda, seriously injuring the three passengers inside as well as the passenger in her own car. The four injured victims were taken to Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY for treatment. Charges were brought against Angela Spirou for driving while intoxicated and vehicular assault in the New York car accident, as her court hearing is set for October 3rd.
