When we put our children on the bus to school, we tend to hold the expectation that their safety is in good hands, as of course it is in the vast majority of all cases.  However, as a Seattle personal injury attorney, I know that occasionally, something goes awry.  Just this morning, KOMOnews.com reported on three elementary school students were injured when their school bus was t-boned by a Volkswagon Jetta at Beacon Ave and 38th Ave in Seattle.  The bus contained only nine students, of whom three were transported by ambulance to Harborview Medical Center while the rest were able to proceed to school on another bus.  The driver of the VW was taken to Swedish Hospital.  This accident does not appear to have been terribly severe; fortunately it was not much worse.
