Suspected DUI Two Vehicle Collision Injures Five People in Huntington Beach

So here we go, according to reports five people were injured in a two car collision in the early morning hours. According to Huntington Beach Police they responded to an collision at approximately 1:27 a.m.
The accident occurred on Beach Boulevard and Newman Avenue in Huntington Beach. The two vehicles involved were a Toyota Camry that was traveling north on Beach Boulevard, when it struck a Dodge Durango broadside that was traveling South on Beach Boulevard.
The driver of the Camry has been identified as Forrest Leland Kelly age 22 and the driver of the Dodge has been identified as 28 year old Thomas William Barrett of Costa Mesa. Barrett had three passengers inside of the Durango and was attempting to make a U-turn, when the crash occurred, according to Huntington Beach police.
The collision caused the Durago to flip over on the road and caused significant damage to both vehicles. According to Huntington Beach paramedics the driver and three passengers in the Dodge Durango and the driver from the Toyota Camry were transported to the hospital with injuries. All five of the collision victims were listed in stable condition.
According to Huntington Beach police the driver of the Camry identified as Forrest Leland Kelly was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
