Fatal car accident in the basement
Acceleration led to a fiery car crash on Katy road in the basement on early Sunday morning.

Witnesses heard, 40-year old, through a field and crush by two fences before you the basis for a small house Robert Lopez plowing. Police said Lopez his Mercedes CLS550 drove more than 90 mph in a 30 mph zone when.
The car burst into flames on impact with the House. Shared witness Lopez from the car, but his injuries were too large. Pronounced he was dead at John Peter Smith hospital in Fort Worth. Fortunately, the family inside the House was able to get out unscathed.

Keller police said speed was definitely a factor in the car accident. Katy road is quite narrow due to construction for a project Fort Worth sewer line, but police also think that alcohol in the accident may have played a role. Authorities wait for Toxicology tests, whether of hazardous substances in Lopez's system were.
What a terrible ordeal for the family, the Heimat was made in this car accident. I can not imagine, wake up to find a flaming car in my living room! I'm so happy that the family fire escape and that no one was injured in the car.
We see this all too often in Dallas and Fort Worth - acceleration driver, causing the accidents. Now whether Lopez drink drive and only time will tell. But why on Earth he was 30 mph 90 mph in a zone when he was not?
Fortunately, in this story, only the driver was injured. In my work as a Fort Worth personal injury lawyer, it is usually the opposite. My clients are the most injured typically those following accidents - only because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
