Another silly complaint has filed was.  This time it is a New York Mets Fan.

50-Year-old James Falzon sued over injuries he allegedly sustained after he was hit by a bat during a baseball game at Shea Stadium.  The baseball fan claims he was beaten in the face and "suffered considerable injuries."

The incident occurred three years, as Luis Castillo Rawlings bat, swung that broke apart and in the face of Mr Falzon smash.  He sat in the visitors dugout when he was hit.  Allegedly, Mr. Falzon broke his nose and eye socket and has now permanent metal plates and pins.

Luis Castillo, the Mets major league baseball and the manufacturers of bat all as defendants are named.  However, not Mr Falzon stop there. He is also Ramon Castro, who sued player who had the bat at the time.

Mr Falzon, who New York Post said that he was just the ball and the shards of the bat hit him in the face and it knocked off his chair.

While you sorry could feel for this guy after he was hit in the face with a bat, his complaint is still stupid.  Is characterised by a bat (or a ball for that matter) is a risk to participate in a baseball game.  It's like if you is go to a hockey game a chance they'll come to face with a hockey face puck. There is a risk you run when a sporting event to.
