Slip and fall cases in Virginia get even tougher

A federal judge has ruled that a slip and fall lawsuit , which do not claim
(1) as the victim slipped and fell:
(2) what was the nature of the liquid on the floor;
(3) a claim caused the liquid fall;
(4) she suffered certain claims as what violations
dismissed their case.
In the case of judge Norman Moon, in Lynchburg, decided that the Lady her case better accusations refile could.
I have installed this slip and fall opinion here. The problem with my view is, argue that judge Moon (very respected jurist) seems, to this case consider whether all the evidence is inches... as an initial. Even very hard-working lawyers are not all the facts of a case such as this knowledge before they file.. This is why it is "Discovery" in litigation.
In this case may have a very chilling effect on lawsuits in Virginia. Some will say that is a good idea. For me, it looks like we hundreds reverse case law are from years of Virginia....
Just my opinion.
