Staunton, VA doc for assault & punished

Staunton doctor, Charles Weisman, was yesterday of simple assault and battery guilty, but the judge agreed the fees taking into account for a 12-month trial period to. Weisman was in February, after two former employees of his claims that he had inappropriately touched them arrested.
In one case, Weisman was accused butt grab one of the women and in the other instance of Weisman was accused, a woman torn pants and play with their underwear. Since the charges, taking into account have been taken they can be deleted after 12 months if Weisman stays out of trouble.
As for his professional future, Weisman has a long way to go to recover. His practice, Blue Ridge family medicine, was closed after his arrest and the Virginia Board of medicine has accuse his license removed Weisman further misconduct. The VBM throws Weisman alcohol and abuse at his practice after it was claimed that he had wine, tequila, and parts of marijuana plants in his Office. He is also accused an Office Manager on a urine sample for him on issues.
In addition the VBM informed competitions that Weisman false to his request for a medical license, not to mention that he was asked to withdraw three residency programs. Other accusations are that mental lacks the capacity for medicine practice Weisman occupied as a 1993 neuropsychological assessment and that he "also-a 5-year-old patient up".
