The insurance industry have not the best reputation when it comes to the treatment of disability claims and it out of the question, why is.  Insurance companies are known for disability benefits to deny and retired applicant, among other things.

According to the article in the March 2010 issue SmartMoney magazine "too sick to work?" You are disagreeing, "in 2004 and 2005, Unum Group dealing with disability agreed, 24 million dollars in fines because of claims to pay regulators."  Since then, the insurer has back a training program for RS Manager to the employees get promote work, without appearing too aggressive, stressed.  While this approach sounds good, such tactics have used patient advocates in the insurance industry as a"double-edged sword" called.

Allegedly, there are some insurance companies, which have set disability helping people of severely disabled workers in the application of social security benefits.  Like, have innocent enough, but the insurer a considerable interest in the workers receive government benefits. Insurers don't have to pay for what part of the Government is covered.

Not surprisingly, that insurance companies may initially friendly Act, but the helpfulness of usually does not last.  Allegedly, there were cases where insurance companies can no longer pay, once each for the Government assistance, qualified, which a cut could mean 50 percent in benefits.  It's amazing how quickly the insurer goodwill can come to an end.
