Fairfax circuit court judge reverses jury verdict in autumn in open pit

On Tuesday set aside March 22 Fairfax County Circuit Court judge a jury verdict, which had distinguished in favor of a woman, in an open man hole cover had fallen. Mrs Elizabeth Badawy was sued classic drainage, a local sewer repair company, after the company allegedly removed a man coverage hole and then left it unmarked and unattended.
