Hit by a bat is a risk you face at a baseball game

One other stupid complaint was filed.  This time, it goes to a New York Mets Fan.

50-Year-old James Falzon sued over injuries he allegedly sustained after he was hit by a bat during a baseball game at Shea Stadium.  The baseball fan claims that he punched in the face, and "suffered considerable injuries."

The incident occurred three years, when Luis Castillo Rawlings bat, swung that broke apart and in the face of Mr Falzon smash.  He sat in the visitors dugout, when he was hit.  Allegedly, Mr. Falzon broke his nose and eye socket and has metal plates, now the permanent and pens.

Luis Castillo, the Mets major league baseball and the manufacturers of bat all as defendants are named.  But stop not Mr Falzon. He is also Ramon Castro, who sued player who owned the bat at the time.

Mr Falzon said the New York Post, he was just the ball and one that the shards of the bat struck him in the face and him from his chair.

While it may be for this guy suffering after he was hit in the face with a bat, is his suit still stupid.  Is characterised by a bat or a ball for that matter is a risk to participate in a baseball game.  It is puck just as if you go to a hockey game, there is a chance, come face to face with a hockey. There is a risk you take when a sporting event to.
