If this lawyer was looking for a way into the headlines, I suspect that he found it.  Jimmy A. Bell, based in Bowie, lawyer sued a nail salon Landover after the visit of the institution with his friend Lady.  Apparently, decided that pair, stop for a quick manicure and pedicure on their way to dinner.  Everything was fine, until Mr..
