A recent lawsuit in Palm Beach, has headlines made. It could be that the case concerns the mega insurance company, state farm, or that it has to do with a controversial back pain procedure. In any case, it is an interesting story.

According to the Palm Beach Post, state farm insurance co. and the Palm Beach Lakes Surgery Center physicians are Jeffrey Kugler, Jane Bistline and Jonathan Cutler, as well as two others, the practice go head to head in a legal battle.
