Texas daycare exposes complaint dangerous gap

A lawsuit filed against Woodbridge day school can an important role in amending the laws and regulations in connection with daycare owner in Texas. The suit alleges that two-year-old Isabella Estep 2008 died after taking a rock in the classroom. The loophole that RRasanskyhopes is to change a law that all references to defects and injuries from the Texas Department of family and protective services Web site removed, when the plant is sold.
