Two new Virginia traffic laws entered into force in July

One in which all parents should know in force went two new Virginia traffic laws on 1 July 2010.
16 and 17-year-old passengers must buckle
One of the new laws must carry passengers aged 16 and 17, seat belts, when they in the back seat of a vehicle riding. Before this law came into force, only young people 15 years old and under were to wear seat belts in the back seat.
This law was proposed by teacher from Herndon, who knew many students, which killed or severely injured in car crashes. Police now have the power, pull over a car and a ticket issue, if you notice a violation of this law, which is known as primary enforcement.
Move over when a tow truck or motorway maintenance vehicle display
The other new Virginia traffic law required to change drivers to streets if you vehicle display maintenance a tow truck or highway yellow lights approach. If you can safely change lanes, they need to be careful.
This law was accelerated after a tow truck driver in Newport News August 2009. The tow a driver on 64 helped truck driver when he was hit and killed by another vehicle.
