We know the injury rates, so what is being done, to prevent medical errors in hospitals?
A recent study published in the New England Journal of medicine has worried many people feel a little bit about check-in to the hospital. The study covered six years and contain 2,341 patients. Researchers discovered that at least a safety-related incident suffered 18 per cent of patients. Fourteen deaths were among these incidents.

Hospitals involved the study in North Carolina, because the State is regarded as a leader in patient safety improvements. Because the study ended in 2007, North Carolina tried a boost security in an attempt to reduce the rate of medical injuries presented.
