Doctor works with wrong side and his insurance company says "we is not nothing wrong doing!"
O.k., come here we.

Doctor works with wrong side and his insurance company says "we ain't nothing wrong do!"
1. gets "lost" and operates on the wrong side of the shoulder
2. removed tissues, that do not need to be removed during the original problem in place (to some other surgeons, later fixed)
(3) Causes that unnecessary scars and additional medical care
4. Allows the patient he made a big mistake and he is suffering
Makes the patient a very reasonable settlement proposal in an effort that not "clog system" with another case?
The insurance company, said each case before the Court, known for its "position" of taking
"Our doctor do not anything wrong." (almost like it has a form letter for all cases!)
OK, come here we.
More information on how a Virginia insurance company said medical errors "paid is not" is here on a wrong unilateral operation case.
"One comment to"doctor operates on wrong side and his insurance company says"we don't do anything wrong!"
