$80,579 In spinal cord injury after alleged, a woman, a rear-end collision awarded a jury.

In 2005 Sandra Domínguez, was captured, then in their forties by Lesly Vallarino. The Court granted the plaintiff movement for a controlled judgment on liability. Domínguez claimed that they hooked her cervical and lumbar spine in the accident. She was treated by an orthopedic surgeon and chiropractors and had then 18 months of home exercise and therapy before returning to the orthopedic surgeon. It was then physical therapy, chiropractic manipulation and epidural injections.

Defenders argued Dominguez was in a previous accident and similar complaints of pain. Counsel also pointed out the Dominguez intermittent treatment.
