"No boys to drive" bringing a case to continue

The Supreme Court of Virginia has decided that a mother, hosted the a teen age girl for a sleepover, and who has made a promise to the parents, that "I daughter of a young will let you run" can be sued, the young girls in an accident died later that night as a male driver age, which is powered by a teenager.

In this case, a strong warning to parents should send that they held a commitment to their promises.
