Our Virginia legislators are there again.   Generate in an attempt, money for the State budget has the Senate courts of Justice Committee a Bill, which would considerably increase the cost of filing a civil action in Virginia Court.  It coincided with a vote of 23-17. The Bill is now for the House position.

It is estimated that Senate Bill $329 million for Virginia's cash-short budget, with much of the proceeds goes generate to law enforcement agencies would.

Let me just say, I hope this Bill will be passed in the House.  If this were the case, Virginia of the highest submission fees in the country.  Senator John S. Edwards, put it best, when he said that the Bill for the difficult "average man to court go."

There is no question that would make this new filing fees it hard for individuals and small business owners to file complaints, even if they are only trying to collect money that is owed to you.  Some of the submission fees could even triple, costing in the upwards of a thousand dollars, a claim to pursue.

This would suggested that Bill significantly interfere with people looking to a civil lawsuit in Virginia file.  If you were injured as a result of someone else carelessness and are on the fence to a civil action, you should move get before this law is passed.
