Medical malpractice lawsuit alleges doctor forgot where you work, but went ahead anyway

An action in the city of Fredericksburg, claims that cause a local orthopaedic surgeon who shoulder, remove a cyst from the back of a woman forget where the cyst is and was operated on the front of the shoulder, additional scarring and disfigurement.
