According to Leslie A. t. Haley wizard published ethics counsel for the Virginia State Bar, recently in an article in the journal of the Association lawyer trial Virginia:

"Clients at any time reserve the right, their own selection advice." This right includes the right to raise and to replace their lawyers at any time. Within this right have to maybe a client find you in another lawyer on the case at EB able, informed make a decision, whether a change is justified the lawyer. Comment to rule 4.2 makes it clear that it wasn't for a lawyer improper talk with a represented party with regard to this person legal matter. Of course, a lawyer from such contact would be prohibited if it represent a different party in the matter. Whle provide lawyer, a consultation on the way should a second opinion, he no action in the matter and decline in actual appearance of the person, if and as long as Te original fires lawyer, moves or it agrees common representation as a consultant.
