Montlick & Associates, Attorneys at Law recognizes Joseph Rush of Tucker, Georgia as the Montlick & Associates Athlete of the Week August 26, 2011. For Tucker High School defensive end Joseph Rush, being chosen as the Montlick & Associates Athlete of the Week is the result of months of hard work both on and off the field. Rush says, "I honestly think that I've turned myself around. I've become more of a leader to the team. I've worked hard this summer and I definitely think it's paid off." Rush is being recruited by Alabama State, Western Kentucky and a few others, but he is leaning towards a local school right here in Georgia. "Georgia Southern is my number one pick right now, but I still have my options open. Education is big in my household, so I'll let it play itself out come February," says Rush.

The Montlick & Associates Athlete of the Week is featured on WSB-TV's Friday Night Sportszone program in Atlanta, Georgia. At the end of the 2011 high school football season, Montlick & Associates will honor an Athlete of the Year. As part of our ongoing commitment to support the community, Montlick & Associates will donate $5000 to the winner's school.
