Anaheim Car Crash Injures Two—Rescuers Cut Car Door Off

September 19, 2011- According to reports an Anaheim collision injured two people and caused rescuers to cut the car door off to extract an injured victim.
According to authorities there was a car crash reported at 10:40 a.m. in the vicinity of Magnolia and Lincoln Avenues. Anaheim Fire Department Battalion Chief Scott Berg stated that there was a Mazda 626 and Honda Accord involved in the collision. The Mazda ended up in front of an OCTA bus shelter and the Honda in the middle of the intersection.
According to Chief Berg firefighters had to extract an injured driver in the Mazda by cutting the door off of the vehicle. Chief Burg stated that both the driver of the Mazda and a female passenger that was injured were transported to UCI Medical Center in Orange for treatment.
The injured victims injuries have not been reported or their conditions.
