April 25, 2011-according to reports in an I-5 freeway crash three Sheriff patrol car.

The accident according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department Lt. Gary Strachan, occurred the crash on the shoulder of the right lane of the Highway near the city of Lake Forest drive exit.

According to Strachan explained that a 65-year-old man on the back of one of the patrol car caused rushed it to the crash in the other car. The man's car was sent via the motorway lanes towards the center divider.

According to Orange County Sheriff's Department Lt. Mike Peters members were of the vehicles and not injured. The 65-year-old man suffered minor injuries. The man was transported to mission hospital and treated for a cut lower lip.

Before the crash, the patrol cars were on the highway to is an incident in the area due fo vandalism and stopped a vehicle at approximately 4:45 am when were they on the shoulder of drawn.

According to Lt. Peters the California Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
