The truck industry has used again get administration to weaken the Obama how the SMS data for public review. The current warning never went through the approval process and the industry brought an action to change the warning. The FMCSA would have removed the industry to adopt language warning all together. FMCSA reaches settlement agreement in National Association of small trucking companies litigation on the security accountability compliance program
