I'm tired of stupid class-action suits

You have ever a message in the mail, which tells you that you could claim for benefits received from a class action settlement?  Recently, I received a card, let me know about a class action settlement with my lawn mower.  To be honest, I didn't even know that I was one of this class action lawsuit.  I knew not at all, there was a problem with my lawn mower.

This class action lawsuit had nothing to do with the product safety.  Neither my family nor I have been in danger because our lawn mower.  This ridiculous complaint was about the "claims that it misinterpreted the defendant and she exaggerated performance of lawn mowers and lawn mower of engines."  Although the defendants deny these allegations, she agreed to rules.

In this case want the lawyers collect particularly class-action lawsuit over $14 million in fees.

Here is the problem I have with this type of class action lawsuits - I never knew I was damaged by my lawn mower and I bet the hundreds of thousands of consumers that these products from January 1994 until April 12, 2010 bought never knew she damaged were either.  It has gone crazy an excellent example of complaints.  Cases such as this jam of the judicial system and to prevent that the timely resolution of legitimate claims.

Stupid, class-action suits are an abomination of the tort system.  Tort claims should only be made by people who have actually suffered damage and not part of a unknown class of persons who were not harmed, not even thought that they were damaged and not go and hire a lawyer to file a complaint.
