Dish Network is a family, who say the company's installers that bothered her child was sued by one. The family claims that dish network shall be liable because they knew that the employee was a sex offender but went ahead and committed him for a job that give him access to people at home would anyway. It looks good for the family, because exactly not child abusers and those who the possibilities take you to use please juries.

However that tried defendant lawyer recently the jurisdiction which is probably their last resort, by claiming that that the case in Federal Court rather than to provide VA State courts in question. Their argument was that "Diversity of citizenship" was because the offender had previously lived in Maryland. As long time ago he lived in Maryland?

So, that he was arrested in 2005, served time in VA and enumerating his residence in Richmond Virginia lived since 2001 at the latest with countless documents. Needless to say, the Court ruled that the man was a citizen of Virginia for all intents and purposes, and the case was taken to VA courts. Talk about a last ditch effort, not even sure what the point was anyway. It is hard to find, to any court that nothing close to positive on sex offenders looks.
