The commercial motor road check 2011 be held vehicle safety Alliance (CMVSA) event in June of this year. This event calls on all States to check trucks on the road. Road check are the United States a false sense of security. Every year road check is announced by the commercial vehicle safety Alliance months before the actual test. This year road check will be June 7-9. It's bad enough that the trucking industry knows, when road check is months in advance, now, depending on the transport issues (30 May 2011 p27), they also announce the key areas, the inspectors will examine. This year there "is a special emphasis on the examination of the truck driver logbooks..."

Can the industry no easier the test? If you know that you are an illegal driver, take a vacation during the 3 days of road check. If you are a poorly trained drivers who thinks you are within the law, follow.
