Last week I hosted litigation group of the morning session of the National Conference for the American Association for Justice trucking. This is from a group of truck accident attorneys around the country, as well as the lawyers who learn how to handle their first truck accident cases are. This is the kind of legal training, to handle that you want to have your lawyer when they go to your truck case. See my previous post on "how you a large truck accident lawyer set"

The litigation group mission is to educate and lawyers such as truck accident lawsuits handle and certainly are competent authorities at national and State level to make truck on the roads safer and prepare for the reduction of truck wrecks. I am a past President of the truck litigation group.

The program this year was fantastic.  Some of the topics treated are:

• Introduction for lawyers truck accident cases
• Teach judges the dangers of the truck
• The open statement in a truck accident process
• Using the special rules and regulations for the trucking industry in deposits
• Preparation of the truck accident case study
• Closing arguments in the case of a truck.

This Conference was in New York City and is Convention in the American Association for Justice summer. I enjoyed represent members and injury lawyers help and protection of their customers better understand and above all the truck accident victims by negligent truck company injured.
