Police witness for alleged drunk driver kills Fairfax Station man

Sanchez-Ramos, 33, 8074 Grannview Court in Springfield, was charged with aggravated involuntary manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, driving hit and run on an alcohol-related revoked license, child endangerment and two counts of crimes.
