It has an absolutely shocking heartbreaking story on the Web and large news channels about a little girl who was the victim of a hit-and-run accident in China, in circulation. Today, broke the sad news that the Chinese 2-year-old girl has died.

Last week surfaced video of the little girl lying on the road to be hit by two cars. The child was of pedestrians and other cars for several minutes until someone finally no longer ignores help. The video is hard to see and easy to print on this blog. Rightly so, that these images have triggered a debate on the morality of the Chinese and human compassion in General.

In Texas we hear about hit and run accident all the time in the news and even after more than 20 years working as a personal injury lawyer, these wrecks me every time. Why not people only stop and help? Even if the error sell, the punishment is to nothing compared what you face, if the scene leaving and later caught you.

Hopefully we have more good Samaritans in America, which would make happen never something with an innocent girl.

President Obama to push University commencement address on May 9 and many local politicians for the Hampton for him, in the vicinity of houses affected by toxic Chinese during his visit to visit drywall.

State Del. joined Glenn oder, R - Newport News, the efforts of the US Republic Rob Wittman, R Westmoreland, and he thinks that a visit of the President the cause probably would boost.

Toxic Chinese drywall is not a problem that affects only Virginia.   Or say that it concerns a problem, the people in 37 States.

"We are so quick to third world countries help fixing areas that were destroyed on the ground." And I do not support. But how can we ignore what people here in our own country? "We must help them," or said.

There is a special Virginia, task force, who has worked in search for solutions to problems in connection with Chinese drywall.  The first meeting of the task force, which has 15 members, about came in Richmond on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

Many House and apartment owners have complained about gases, that emit from the drywall.  It has allegedly caused multiple health problems force Virginia residents from their homes.  This Chinese drywall gases are also believed to be rusting of metal and wiring in many homes.

The drywall was years mainly in the middle of the 2000s during the housing boom is used, as there was a shortage of building materials.  One of the problems are the House and apartment owners facing is that, despite the fact that they can live in their homes, their mortgage payments are still responsible.

Or said that everything on ice, until the U.S. makes a decision with regard to drywall consumer product safety Commission and manages to repair logs to the houses affected.

Chinese drywall has been a hot topic in the news, as homeowners about strange gas odors, break corrosion of metal of objects and the down of units and electrical appliances in their homes complained.

The alleged problem started as drywall, made in China was from 2004 to 2006 while the housing boom in the United States has been taken.  This Chinese drywall was used mainly in houses in the Gulf Coast and East Coast.  People began finally reporting numerous problems and even health problems, who believed they were caused by the drywall.  As a result were filed various lawsuits, House and apartment owners against building owners, developers, manufacturers and other parties involved with the Chinese drywall were.  One such applications contain the case of Germano, et al. against Taishan gypsum co., Ltd., et al.

In the case against Taishan, the judge decided that that the defendant violated the negligence of the plaintiff in their real property interests.  Explained the Court considers that Taishan negligence in "making a defective product and that they are entitled to recover the damage around by the same cause."

The plaintiff claims were not excluded rule of Virginia's economic loss.  Based on Virginia they can act, again the cost of repairs and the loss of the property value after the repairs are made.

I swing back and forth to be "nice" to car insurance companies, which want to "try this case rules" before we suit file. Right now, I think that I waste my time with these companies am.
