Unbelievably, despite the video evidence of the assault and an independent witness who confirmed the wreck was intentionally caused by the pickup driver, no assault charges were brought against the dangerous motorist. That is ridiculous, disgusting and absolutely absurd!

August 19, 2011-according to reports a cyclist in Irvine was injured during a collision. According to the CHP occurred the bicycle collision Alton Parkway on about 7:55 am Friday morning on the northbound I-5 ramp in Irvine. The California Highway Patrol say that they believe that the accident occurred when a green light while crossing the cyclists ramp and a Mercedes-Benz was right hand when leaving the motorway make a turn.

The cyclist only diagnosed was, as in their 20s suffered injuries, which appeared not too large and was transported to the hospital with outpatient clinic. The accident is investigated according to California Highway Patrol.

Police arrested the 37-year-old driver of the avalanche and said possible charges would be filed later. The driver the KIA identified as 23-year-old woman remained at the crash scene bike, but was arrested by the police.
