According to the survey of nearly 3,000 doctors which affected the monitoring and incompetent doctors not common.  Thirty-six percent of survey respondents said that they do not feel obliged by professional commitment impaired or incompetent doctors report.  It also seemed that doctors with more experience of 20 years or more, not so often a responsibility, were being felt fellow practitioners reports.

Catherine DesRoches, lead author of the study was quoted, "self-regulation is the main way to protect patients from harm, and make sure that affected and incompetent doctors help they need."

As the number of California continues to grow, cyclists is the debate over helmet bike laws front and Center are. Last year, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, his support for a national legislation, announced mandatory helmet for cyclists of all ages. Studies have shown that nine out of ten of the 130 annual bike accident deaths in California (and 700 nationwide) at least in part due to the decision No helmet wear. But California bicycle community was not receptive to helmet laws and even Villaraigosa welcomes announcement with boos.

In may as national bike we were curious month, like many Bay area cyclists use helmets and knowledge of the California helmet law. Our survey helmet safety asked five simple questions to bike helmet use for children, adults, parents and non-parents. Funny Note: only 41% of women claimed, get their State helmet bike laws, compared to a whopping 75 percent of the men. A bit of mischief in the Bay area men, perhaps?

Not parents replied that they wear a helmet far more as parents. Only 45 percent of parents said that they have always a helmet, compared to 71 percent of non-parents. We set a good example for the children!

Everyone here agreed even though women were slightly more likely to say that children should be required to wear helmets (with 86%) than men (80%).

Although 71 percent of not parents said that they have always a helmet, only 39 percent thought, that they on this should be compared to 45 percent of the parents. And women were more likely to think that to require helmets for adults than men, by 45 percent to 35 percent.

55 Percent of men said they cycle to commute to work/school, compared to 23% of women. Writing in the for the category "other" include "Services," "I have often not an end" and "Everywhere!"
