Detroit pedestrian accident lawsuit filed - brain trauma, TMJ, fractures - car accident

We complained before recently car accident for a client in a pedestrian area Detroit accident injured.  Our client, a 30-year-old mother of two, was independent hair weave at her home for customers.  20, October 2007 she became North to Wyoming in Detroit as a car feet from the roadway and hit.  The car then crashed into a building.

Our customer was grace EMS Sinai Hospital transported where she was admitted for a week.  She suffered many severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, facial fractures, loss of five front teeth, back pain, neck pain, right pain, TMJ, headaches and other injuries.  It is to again not in a position to work due to their injuries.  Was we a suit in Wayne County Circuit Court against the negligent driver enough for seeking compensation for their injuries and also against their no-fault insurance company for the payment of wages, medical expenses, attendant care services and other benefits.   No trial date has been set.
