Ann Arbor bus vs. pedestrian accident lawsuit - crossing accident - orthopaedic and neurological injuries

We complained before recently Ann Arbor bus Acident against a negligent and transport authority, a pedestrian at the intersection of Thompson Rd. and East Williams Rd. our customer beaten severe injuries suffered his ribs, chest, left arm, left shoulder, left leg, spine injuries and injuries the head and the central nervous system when he, at the legally go across the street was beaten, if the defendant driver could not have the right lead the way.

The complaint filed was in the Washtenaw County Circuit Court in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  The case is compensation to pain and suffering and disability in the incident.  No trial date has been set for the case.
