Last week I was speaking to in Boise, Idaho Idaho trial lawyers Association seminar with some large truck lawyers.

You need a lawyer for a case with a truck wreck (see guide below), you hire a lawyer that other lawyers are ready to take money and learning of want to pay. You should also consider a lawyer who is willing, the subject learn by participating in a truck seminar. (All lawyers should ask legal training courses that have visited it, a copy of the continuing able to show you the transcript!) (Learn why it is important here.)  If they have not attended or taught, run a truck program, not to go out of the Office. So was, at this seminar?

First it was my long time friend and mentor Andy Chasan (Andy was called Idaho trial lawyer of the year 2003, a former President of the Idaho trial lawyers and a former Chairman of the AAJ trucking litigation group). Andy did a great job and went deep in the damages aspects of a number of the large truck cases which he has treated.

There was also a lawyer from Utah, Jeffrey Eisenberg, who represented and explained how he did it a catastrophically injured family with great results. Jeff is also a very experienced lawyer, he was:

My view, there were 50 lawyers in the presence of Idaho and Utah. The right lawyer for your truck case is important. Make sure that you hire someone who learn more makes you an effort of this complicated cases, not someone, who has a good display and no experience.
