Our Michigan auto accident lawyers filed a lawsuit against recently Michigan no-fault insurance for a client in the Wayne County Circuit Court against GEICO insurance company. Our client was riding her bike on the side of the road (gravel part) and was hit by a car. GEICO was no-fault benefits to pay for the insurance policy for the client of Michigan.

The cyclist suffered knee injuries including an ACL and MCL tears, fractures, two in hip, three broken teeth, concussion with loss of consciousness for 10 minutes and migraine headaches. The customer had multiple abrasions with scars on right leg, forearm, upper arm, knee, calf, and links.

GEICO insurance denied payment for many of the insurance benefits payable due to an accident bike. The complaint is to the payment of these services together with penalty interest and legal costs. No trial date was set by the Court.
