Motorcyclists in Cebu an Americans killed

April 14, 2011-loud reports killed a motorcycle accident, which happened by an American driver in Cebu.

Philippine National Police Chief was killed Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr. a motorcyclist in an accident on the island province of Cebu. The accident occurred at about 3 pm Tuesday at barangay IPO in Lapu-Lapu city.
