13 April 2011 - caused a collision with two big rig an individual be injured according to reports.

According to California Highway Patrol officer Denise Quesada the collision occurred at around 23:00 am in the westbound lanes of the 91 Highway near Glassell Street.

Officer Quesada said Dante Rouzan with the jaws of life had to be released 27 years Gran terrace from the vehicle after the collision.
Terrace was transported to the hospital with major injuries, according to officer Quesada.

Witnesses said that the first big rig into the other trucks jackknifed caused a big rig accident. Officer Quesada said that all traces of the 91 Freeway were closed until approximately 3:10 am
