Wrongful death lawsuit filed against Bush settlement of $1.5 million available

Wrongful death against August Busch IV., by the family of Adrienne Martin age 27, has action been was the Busch's girlfriend and died of an overdose in the his St. Louis suburban mansion. The now famous case is Martin v. Bush, 11SL-001294, Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri.

An autopsy showed that Martin had a lethal level of cocaine in her blood, when she died and it was reported that she took a fatal dose of the painkillers oxycodone. Not criminal charges against Bush in the alleged wrongful death hit the St. Louis County Prosecutor; You ruled an overdose of Martin's death. After Martin's death was ruled an overdose was a wrongful death lawsuit against Bush by her family and ex-husband in the name of Blake, Martin 8-year-old son submitted.

After August Busch lawyer, the Bush a $1.5 million settlement, provided so that Martin was 8-year-old son financially taken care of, but is not guilty in the death of Adrienne Martin admit.
